What is the SUNY Adirondack Wellness Challenge?

This year’s Wellness Challenge will be an 8-week competition that runs from Monday, September 23, 2019, through Sunday, November 17, 2019.

The SUNY Adirondack Wellness Challenge takes a team approach to encourage building healthier lifestyles and workplaces. It brings together four-person teams in a friendly contest to see which team earns the most points by tracking steps, exercise routines and eating five fruits and veggies a day.

The SUNY Adirondack Wellness Challenge Point System is comprised of the following:


Cost: The cost to participate in this year’s Wellness Challenge is only $5.00. Pay Julie Clark in Warren Hall – Student Success Center – 107D.

Register: Be sure to read The General Rules. If you previously participated in the 2019 SPRING Challenge, you can just log in (a forgot password option is available). If you have never participated before, read How to Register for the Wellness Challenge.
